Here's everything you need to know about how your custom-made products are produced and delivered.
How Print-on-Demand Works
Unlike traditional stores that keep items in stock, every product on Print & Pocket is made just for you after you order. This means production starts immediately, and shipping times include both the manufacturing and delivery periods.
Production Time
- Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.): 2–5 business days
- Drinkware (mugs, tumblers): 2–4 business days
- Home Decor (pillows, blankets): 3–6 business days
- Wall Art (posters, canvases): 2–5 business days
Production times may increase during peak seasons (holidays, major sales events).
Shipping Time
After production, shipping typically takes:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (US)
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Total Delivery Estimate
From order to doorstep, expect approximately 5–12 business days for US orders. International orders may take 10–27 business days.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. The default flat rate is $4.99 per order within the US.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different production facilities. You'll receive tracking information for each package.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status anytime in the "My Orders" section of your account.
