Print & Pocket is an online marketplace that connects independent creators ("Sellers") with buyers ("Customers") for print-on-demand products. We facilitate the design, production, and fulfillment of custom products through third-party print providers.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. Marketplace Role

Print & Pocket acts as a platform connecting Sellers and Customers. We are not the manufacturer of the products. Production and shipping are handled by third-party print-on-demand providers (Printify, Printful, and Gelato). We are not directly liable for manufacturing defects, though we will work with you to resolve issues.

4. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must own or have rights to all designs and intellectual property they upload.
• Sellers are responsible for setting their own prices and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Print & Pocket reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or infringes on intellectual property.

5. Payments & Commissions

Customers pay through our secure Stripe-powered checkout. Sellers receive earnings minus platform commission and print costs. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect to the seller's connected account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Print & Pocket or its content creators and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Print & Pocket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
